Refund Policy - the basics
Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. What to include in the Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Wegotthat will accept the return or exchange of any product postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in the original sales condition; unused, tagged, protected and accompanied with the original sales receipt. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Items received after the 30 day return/exchange window will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Final sale/Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. Once your return is received and inspected by the Return/Exchange Department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 21 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional business days after your card is credited for it to post to your account. Please be sure your return is shipped via an insured, traceable, authorized shipping company (ie: USPS, UPS, Fedex). Wegotthat is not responsible for items that are shipped by the customer and not received to the Wegotthat Return/Exchange department.
